This is my entry for NG Print Calendar 2011. All done in Photoshop.
It is based on the game William and Sly which is one of my favorite games on NG. I love the mystic atmosphere of the game, the characters and the artwork. I tried to capture this atmosphere on my picture. Hope I made it.

Of course, I know that there is no spider in the game. But I didn´t want to copy the game one to one. It´s my own interpretation. Certainly the fox has experienced other adventures, and I didn´t want to show the end of the game, cause everbody should play it for himself first.

Amazing!
First just let me say its one of my favorite works. I love how you have sly watching as this great evil presence watching from the gloom and darkness. I also like the smaller touches such as the slime monster, mushrooms, and stone. Please don't hate me, but I just don't like how sly's wings look. I know they should be ethereal in some way, but the style/color just seems too off. It gives me the impression its just not an organic part of the work. ~please don't hate me, it's an amazing work!

William and sly were one of the best flash game in my opinion. just the overall feeling of this fantastic universe made me happy inside:)
