This image confounds me somewhat. Whenever I look at it, I see a chicken with its head turned backwards, holding up her wing and grooming herself. Some people can see it, some people can't. Can you? The "chicken" is situated with its body facing left. The top of the "head" is in the center of the picture - it even has "jowl" pouches (or whatever they call those things that hang off of chicken faces). So her body's facing left, but if she were to open her eyes, she'd be looking right as she grooms herself.
