A real story stands behind this picture. A blacksmith, who forged swords so powerful, that they could cut all other blades. He kept his secret to him, never sharing to anyone. He liked to seduce nuns what made church authorities uncomfortable. They couldn't persuade the king in any punishment against blacksmith, but after king died, they managed to persuade his son the new king. Blacksmith was tortured and imprisoned, but he didn't give up his secret of sword-craft. His secret died with him.
