trickster gale

no one is sure of where Ventus lives but he does seem to appear near lakes and rivers.
though fearsome in appearance he is nothing more than an annoyance to the natives. he flies in stealing food, jewels, and play pranks and they adults. but is friendly towards the children, and sometimes the children will join him in play pranks.

because of his behavior the native believe that he my be the spirit of a child who was lost in the wood. and seeing how much he cares for the children, they adults put up with him.
