Hahaha
This actually made me burst out laughing before I even registered what I was seeing (Looking closely I'm not sure why). Something about the unique way the features were done makes this so much more than just a typical 'make-something-ordinary-(or cute)-extremely-creepy'-style art. The nose is out of place, the teeth are just jarring to look at, and the eyes are perfectly Elmo-esc; that adds up to be a uniquely great thing. I don't often favorite art, but well... since I haven't yet, I think it's time to end this review.

Creepy
Very nice attention to detail and texture. teeth look shiny and dirty, eyes glossy, little tear near the mouth line. Overall good job. You did this while managing to keep Elmos original design too. Nice.
