Your line work looks to be fine, for the most part, but I'm going to have to disagree with the coloring, or shading at least.
The skin color looks a little too orange, which is not very human-like in my opinion, which I know you were trying to go for. Obviously not everyone's hair is strictly yellow so you could have added more color to it, or at least added some darker yellow lines instead of those similar yellows.
You have no shading at all. That's what brought my rating lower. It looks so flat and unrealistic right now, but if you added shading and lighting, it'd be like a photographic image.
The pink cheeks and nose seem unneeded. I know Kitala's face is quit red, but at least make the red similar to her skin color. It appears she has no right eye. Her hair is covering something up, but you'd definitely be able to see the eye if you were going for a realistic approach right here.
Her hat is cool and I give you a 3.
