totally disagree
Background is awesome. Gives the piece a lose feel that it would be lacking if it didn't have the background there. Gives it some movement. The girl looks amazing. Good work!

This is lovely.
I love the contrast between her pale skin and the dark background. Even if you were just "playing around" when you made this, it's still gorgeous! The red circles in the back *are* a bit distracting. Maybe if they were a bit blurry they wouldn't be distracting. Her face is beautiful, btw. :)

Lovely, but..
I love how feminine she looks, and the expression on her face. The loose strands of hair also make me veeery happy.
But the background really puts me off. It's really just a bunch of blobs, and takes away from the picture. If it were darker and blended more into the background, it wouldn't matter, but the pale red really draws attention to it. Needs more detail. (:
