I saw Kaizoku-hime doing this 30 days art improvement challenge fav.me/d5893gd ... and since I want to stop slacking I thought I could try it as well, and she encouraged me to do so as well..
so yeah, lets start with this!

1. Self-Portrait - Introduce yourself:
so, since I've never really introduced myself on my deviantart account I'll give you all some facts about me:
I'm a 17 years old student from germany, my goal is to study game design after I graduate from school next year and then work as an artist in the games industrie, or even as an indie developer or freelance artist.
I have a Youtube channel called "Thunder Draws" where I upload speedpaints and stuff like that, and thats probably where most of you know me from.
(btw: I've recorded all of the painting process and will be uploading it as well as the stuff from the rest of the challenge)

I've never really done a self portrait so far, and whilst painting it a had the feeling that it would never look like me... but luckily it went smoothly and now it actually kinda looks like me^^
It took me 2 hours to paint, and I stole some ideas from Dana, like the monochromatic colors and the background
