This was cool
Now i have to say that this was cool i like the red seems like it might come off better with more reds and texture in there the character was good though

Once a proud warrior That fought for his clan.
Abe Masakatsu Was a high ranking Samurai that few dared to challenge.
One night he was heading back to his village after a successful hunt. He had beheaded a Bear big enough to feed his family for two months.
as he came closer to the path he usually took to get home he smelled a faint scent of something burning. He was very familiar to the scent. It was that of burning bodies.
In fear or the worst he dashed through the wooded terrain drawing out his blade.
He was too late. there were no screams to be heard. only the stench of the flesh being chard. unable to comprehend what was before his eyes he fell to his knees.
Dawn had come the fire was now burning embers and ash.
the once proud warrior began sifting through the wreckage for clues and supplies. much of the armor and weapons were badly molten and unusable. He found his silver mask untouched underneath his son's chard corps. His wife had drawn out a symbol before she had died. oddly enough it was readable clear as day. The Dragon clan was responsible. Abe Is now no longer a Samurai. Instead he has chosen a different path. He has chosen the path of the Crimson Ninja.

Sliiice!
Interesting story linked to the artwork! The glow around the edges is a bit uneven, as if the character was cut out? Also a bit fuzzy texture, but it's a nice design. How was this drawn? Keep it going!
-cd-
Strictly Photoshop was intended to be a sprite the glow was an effect thingy just because I was too lazy to makr a background and touch it up. I might go back and make a cleaner version sometime
Very nice, man, like the character design!
One thing though, is that the ninja-dude is just a bit too blurry, but other than that, nice colors/story!
Thanks. I will try to fix it all though I suck with hands and feet. I did use a hard brush on everything except for the red.
