At first I thought you purposely depicted a scene from that strange video "Billy's Balloon" by Don Hertzfeldt. But apparently not. I suggest you go see it on youtube, its pretty funny and remarkable similar to this.

Someone else said that as well, I'd never heard of it before I drew it, but now looking back I guess it does look kinda similar.
