Four stars for the great work on the face and expression. Not five stars because breast size is character breaking for imp form midna.

I'm not saying she can't have breasts and this certainly isn't even close to the worst offender of artists giving midna unwanted boobjobs, but at most she should be like... A low end b cup. I'm under no illusion that she's flat as a board in imp form, the game just couldn't spare the polygons to model more realistic of a small bust size when it was made. But they're definitely nowhere near a mid to upper c cup size.
