Your efforts do lead to some positive results :) The only thing I would strongly recommend improving on, is the minutiae. In particular, details such as the eyes. The eyes currently seem a little "off". It mayhaps be due to the scan and the seemingly grey tone- nonetheless it is the only item that stands out.
