Another one I did in zbrush for practice but I found myself get into this one more than the last and ended up spending more time on it. Also I think it's allot better then yesterdays sculpt.
...Well maybe it's better because I love raptors they have been my favorite dinosaurs since childhood. Well, enjoy ^_^ !

Your work looks excellent, the skin texture is phenomenal.
My only critique is in the anatomy of the creature itself. There's something wrong with the cheek/jaw under the eyes. Reptiles typically have a steadier curve towards the neck. If you look up Komodo Dragons (most similar to a dinosaur imo) there's a good start point.

I love the almost 3-D/ claymation look that this has... from a good distance anyway haha.
The colors you chose for this piece are wonderful; very gritty and dinosaur like.
The background complements the raptor very well, and helps the dino "Pop-out".
the only problems I really see with this one are the choppy-looking lines around the eyes of the dino, but you can't really see them unless you zoom in; maybe this was the intention?
Idk, but I digress...

I have the say that in the presentation "post card" size, this piece looks most effective. Yes, you can enlarge it to where you can see the painstaking detail that you've put into the piece,
The overall effect is very pleasing and I hope you are impressed with the work - I know I've drawn stuff and not been all that happy with the end product, but this really is wonderful! The background is simple, yet practical and while you've put the title in the piece, it's strangely not out of place. Some of these things seem out of place, but yours blends seamlessly into the background.
I love the way that the eye draws focus to it - the whole effect is very enthralling and I'd love to see more of your work.

Heh, very nice 3D render of the velociraptor here I think, very interesting to say the least. I just see a lot of detail coming from this though, it is a really cool and fairly wonderful drawing of one as well, I do like it.
The background is psychedelic and the text is also nice to look at as well I think.
The velociraptor itself contains a good amount of detail on every part and looks almost as if it were smiling as well which is kind of weird I think. Still though I found this to be awesome and nothing wrong with liking velociraptors at all.
Overall, cool 3D artwork!!
