My favorite parts of this drawing are the way you used the white pencils for lighting which contrasts really well with how you shaded her. The other feature is the weeds, skillfully done. I also really like the texture that the paper creates. I'm not familiar with crayson paper so I can't tell if that's the natural color of the page or a creative choice...or both. All in all this is really impressive work.

"Pieces of the heart...Only if I could pull out the weeds.."
This is a piece I drew for my book arts class for college. I will be cut it up to make the page of the book and on the first page will be the first line from typed above and the second line on the last page of the book. The cover will be light blue with a window in the cover.
I do however feel a little sad that I have to cut this pic for my assignment but, I guess thats why I decided to scan it in. Anyways I will be posting the book here too. when it is finished.
