I don't know what to think about this one. I don't know enough about the subject to take a stance. Torture is horrible and often produces inconclusive responses. The sanity of those subjected to torture deteriorates and makes them unreliable, they would say whatever to make it stop.

If there's a way to extract genuine information with certainty and only on guilty criminals, I'd be all for it.

Weirdly enough, that's how my dad used to wake me up for school.

It's hard to think of this as shocking knowing how the government thinks, and works. Drink the water damn it! As everyone in my old neighborhood used to say, "pendeho gringos", or something like that.
