Moonlit Quietus

I created this as a signature for my game Quietus and I really wanted to capture the morbid, sad nature of the story for the game. This was the first piece that I made where I really think there is a bit of a story and some emotion shown in it.

I really enjoyed both of the Quietus games and I feel that this art really fits their story tone! It also helps to understand the cover art of the sequel, depicting the dead protagonist and the lost soul standing in front of a large grayish being with hollowed-out eyes, shedding a tear (possibly?). I always wondered what that thing was supposed to be, as it didn't seem to resemble any of the creatures encountered in the game, but apparently it was the moon. That's pretty cool to know, actually. Keep up the great work, Connor! Big fan, here :)
