as a pratice...
very clean... and nice blend of colours... i like the shine effect of the hair... but make sure it goes OVER the black linework... you did it for the top two areas... but the parts lower down are underneath... keep that in mind... do the white highlighting on a new layer?... anway... i dont know what program it is but i really do like how the background looks like water colour brushstrokes... the skull seems a bit to grey... compaired to the whiteness of the highling on the hair.... it seems to disapear... also with the chopstick things... i dont know if they are golden or yellow... if they are gold... make sure they have a very harsh and bold change in colours... look at a few reference pictures of golden needles or something... getting the browns on the underside away from the light... overall a very nice and simple picture... and hopefully a few usefull pointers to help you in the right direction :D
