Started with watercolourpaints for the hair then i scanned into GIMP and used a graphics tablet to draw the face. Not my favourite peice, but it was more of an experimental peice.

The hair is quite beautiful
- excellent colours. But the eyes, unfortunately, are drawn a bit clumsily. The nose is a bit too thick... You obviously have much greater skill with real materials, so far, than with a tablet. As it is, this is a striking composition with a slightly bungled main focus point.
thanks for your review, i haven't been using my graphics tablet very long, and this is only my second peice using GIMP so I'm still getting used to using it. I like being experimental with my art, sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't.
