Very realistic looking.
The character looks very realistic especially? I like the detail in the clothes and the shading, as well as the way the blood seems to flow. I also particularly enjoy the background and the edges all around the image, a personal preference, I believe.
Perhaps your best work of art in this portal. Well done.

Reminds me of the Branches of Sin from Deadman Wonderland. But more Emo and less Death Metal.
