Deviantart is full of random nudity, some are just rl pix of the male/female genitalia, but overlooked, like a bunch of other shit in the world, but when it comes to something like this, they'll find someway of getting something against it. B|
I love this piece though, sexy, but not TOO sexy, just right. ;3

You're allowed to portray nudity in Newgrounds. There's no restrictions on how far you can go like Deviantart.
