Opertaion:
Removal of all limbs, and removel of the head, except for the tounge wich is still attached to the throat, the brain stays attached aswell, it stays preserved and fully functional in a jar mounted above the torso. She can still think, feel and taste. Butt she cant smell hear or see anything anymore since those organs where removed. And since she has no mouth she cant talk, she tries to make weird noises everynow and then, but those will stop after the first weeks. She, or It can be used for decorational or sexual purposes.
The operation happened while she was sleeping so she doesnt know what happened to her.
