The smeared hand drawn look to this is great. The color choices are nice and hand drawing this adds a great amount of eerieness to the feel of the work.

I wish I'd have this come out cleaner, but at least the dirty look helps with the overall horror tone of the game.

About 9 pages went into this from conception to coloring.
The technique worked. Sort of.
Photoshop really is an investment if someone wants to make cleaner-looking pieces of art.
