I don't know why but when I look at this I think Doctor Who or Pans Labyrinth. Now I have never seen Pan's Labyrinth but I have seen some of the creatures.

really love the use of basically 3 colors and the grittiness of the art. I do wonder is this scanned art or is it completely digital?

The lines are done entirely on paper and then scanned.Only the colors are done on Photoshop :)
