These demons tend to rear their ugly heads often. More so when I feel like the stories and art I've created is worthless. It's been many years being called worthless, retard, ugly, stupid, the "dumbest person someone's ever known". Artwork childish, dreams and chosen life paths mocked.
However these are silly problems in the realm of reality. Job security, classes, and a somewhat bright future is what I need (and do) worry and take care of. I push aside and contain these feelings in a bottle of indian ink and paint them away. hoping they will go away. Once they're on paper I carry on and repeat the cycle.
Sometimes it's nice to type these feelings out. That's better...

Love it
Just admiring this picture gives a gloomy dark mood.
This is the type of art i look for on here.
kinda like something you would find in scary stories to tell in the dark :)
Oh my I love scary stories to tell in the dark! The original drawings are a huge inspiration for me! You just made my day. Thank you so much for the kind review!

I like the blotchiness and tension here.
This sense of being unstable, pushed to the corner (by the way, is there another figure above the first apparent one?), feeling that everything you've ever done or faced is meaningless and slipping away between your fingers is a staple of insecurity. Heck, you caught it so well.
Yes there's two figures. I mention that there are 2 figures in the description.
Oh you are so nice with your review, thank you so much!

Vent
I love art, it's such a great way to vent your emotions, put everything you've always wanted to say but never have on paper. It looks like you've done just that in this piece. Black and white always displays a lot of feeling, and your emphasis on the black shows anger, maybe even hatred or resentment. Towards what is the thing not known but your description takes care of that :p
Overall a really good picture showing the true feelings of the artist. I really enjoy how you drew him up against a wall in a small room, cornered, that's how I feel a lot. Good job, keep up the work.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate the reviews. Please don't hold back I don't want to become another Tompreston or a shitty emo artist.
