Concept of the villain from my game "Million Face Man", he's called "Head Games" and he creates virtual worlds (on cartridge ) and slips them into the slot on his convergence ray, and sucks Million Face Man into these world by blasting him with the beam!
He rides a flying CD which he sticks to using his magnetic boots!
