This is Jimmy Johnson (Radio's Only Masked Announcer). If you have ever seen the musical Annie (You probably never ever have seen a musical with your own will which many don't) you would know there is a scene in a Radio Station where Bert Healy and the Smiles family go on air. Jimmy Johnson is in the original performance and says the one line "And Jimmy Johnson; Radio's Only Masked announcer". I only know of all this cause I played him in my High School's Version of the Musical Annie. I am A good actor who can give the comedic effect so many did laugh at that one line cause I rocked it. Anyhow that is all off topic; Point is I loved him so much I decided to draw what he basically looks like. I did try to start a comic strip series with him and Bert with my Friend who played Bert as well...... The Comic Strips were a fail D:
