Sparks, blood, pulse blasts, and metroids are all flying around the room as Samus pwns everything.
Experimenting with a new art style, this has a Paper Mario style, but with many more effects and shadows. Like the Paper Mario characters, Samus & the metroids have white outlines and no shading, but they do cast shadows.
Originally drawn on the 3DS in an hour and a half (that's right, folks; I drew this with the 3DS' photo graffiti tools!), then three hours in photoshop adding scenery, lighting, etc.
Very well made
Very well made artwork, the use of white outlines around Samus are very effective at giving it a lighthearted yet devastatingly explosive look, the beam being shot looks quite good also.
The thing is, I now have the original Metroid's soundtrack stuck in me head... Times for this call for a deep voiced, manly YAY.
