So the character was well done and a cute one at that the glasses was a nice touch allthough i may suggest more shine on the glasses

There's something with the eyes that bothers me, maybe the size, maybe the fact that they don't have any eyelashes or outlines? Apart from that, it's a great drawing of Nico, with the right proportions, good skin hue and good shading, the jacket especially looks perfected. The hair is still a bit dark though, no strands of light there, I guess that part could still be improved, otherwise, nice work!
