I wanted to test myself on the element of fire and this came out.
This is from a scene from the episode 174-175 in Fairy Tail.No I didn't copy paste anything.I simply draw what I was looking at.
Made in 10 hours with SAi Easy Paint Tool.

I love it!
Very well done, in particular I can see you paid clear attention to where the light would be hitting. Cell shading can be a tricky thing to get right since it's much more 'precise' really, you have to pick and chose what is highlighted and what is not, and have a clear cutoff. You've done so in a way that clearly enhances where the fire is and helps frame the picture better. I recommend adding some rim/edge lighting to the character, perhaps red in tone, since he is standing in front of a blazing fire after all! Good work, thanks for sharing!

They spoke off leting the summer pass to let im get more content before starting back. It migth change since there is no pre-determined date, but they will continue the episodes as soon as they can. Its a great drawing! But if you would do natsu whit scales or a more draconic form this could make it even better. Its great but again, just a bit weird that hes cloth are so out of shape and hes not even dirty or something... (adds to the battle effect if you do it whit moderation)

its a shame but i read that they are stopping it in order to let the manga advance enough sο that they can continue it because its very close to reaching the manga and the creator has some personal problems. :-/
Now the only thing that we can do is wait for now...
