Nah...
In terms of art, this is sketchy, at most. In terms of funny, I don't even get the punchline.
um in layman's terms Mario is kind of like the more unfortunate of all of us and Luigi never really gave him the means to fuck his own women and instead gave Mario access to his wife. He cut off mario's access to her abruptly and more or less abandoned him.
it's like a political "teach a man to fish" type of thing except more incomprehensible and with dicks. It's abstract cartooning which is what my stuff is (at least what I post). Most of it (like my jokes) is only funny to me so I dunno it hasn't found it's audience yet.
