Vaporair (Dragonair x vaporeon)

Hi, I'm a 13 year old from the Netherlands. This is the first time I'm entering Jazza's challenge of the month, although I have been watching him for quite a while. This Pokémon is a mash up of a Dragonair and a Vaporeon, the vaporair. I hope you like it.

You need to have a work in progress piece in the description. The mandala in the background is nice looking
