Yea, though this is probably the calm before the storm before they engage in all sorts of mischief and adventure. :)
the camera is to far out. it pushes the viewer away, and with subject matter like this you want to bring the viewer in. so you should close the picture in, getting ride of all of that negative space off to the left.

You make a good point, Truth be told, I only stretched it so people might use it as a wallpaper. Though, it's vector so I could have just zoomed in... Haha, always have 20/20 in hindsight, eh?
Not a fan of the characters, but the way you drew the angle and the clouds, superb!
