love it!
This was my favorite flood piece!! It was really fun to watch the progression in the thread and I was impressed with the decisions you made. You managed to balance the detailed 'organic' parts and the straight lined 'minimalist' areas perfectly. Giving it that extra shot of surrealism and keeping it black and white really upped the awesomeness factor!!! Great job!

Simply love it.
Except a few things that is. The ripple thing is too flat and the water is for some reason curving up?
Oh, and the background texture is almost unnoticeable. It's so slight that it gives more of an annoyance rather than an effect, so turn the contrast up a tad there.
Either way it's a great concept, and I love how you've used details in some places and simplified elsewhere!

GO GET YOURSELF A GOVERNMENT!
Really nice drawing, Great simplicity, but detail where needed. The face is great, turban looks a bit flat though, nice work on the hands too. Not sure if I like the moon, I think it might have been better without it, or if it had merged in with the background a bit more perhaps. I like the background, simple but effective.
I dont like how you made the water curve up, it makes it look less like water, especially since the ripples are flat..

Great peice.
For a last minute change. That flowing of elements is pretty brilliant. Perfect way to round out the otherworldly feel. That moon really ties it all together.
