Your artistic tribute to a legendary artist is wonderful. The way in which he emerges in a nicely shaded cloud of black is a powerful addition and represents his smooth, unparalleled dance moves very well.
The only quarrel I have and the reason for slashing off one of my stars is due to the shading of the skin. The hand has been illustrated at an alright perspective but its shading is rather blotchy and could use a little work. The face is better but could also use some shading work regarding the shadows on the facial area and neck.
Other than that, whatever tools you have used have generated a fine piece of art. The dissolve/spray effect has been used well for his iconic glistening jacket. Keep it up!
