I like this!

The new art makes the character seem MUCH more serious, while the episode he appeared in made him seem more affable. (As a comparison, I would rate it a 5.)
(Standalone artwork, I would rate a 3, as some of the details seem slightly stiff and the logo, seems just a smidgen out of place (and ignoring it, the space seems quite empty.) ) Average the two, and you get 4. Here you go.

Not really down with the eyebrowns, or hair, whatever that is
