I can't really tell whats going on, or what the character is supposed to be doing.
In the future when doing action scenes, remember that diagonal lines give the viewer more of a sense of movement and excitement, vertical lines give a feeling of calm, and horizontal give a feeling of safety.
The overall coloration of the character is a bit lacking, you might put more detail into just shading and coloration of an object.
The contrast of the character is quite well done, white in red always works quite well especially when highlighted with darker colors.
A few quick tips, when coloring and shading, keep an idea on how many light sources there are, and where they're hitting the objects or characters in the image. Multiple light sources can be far more difficult to render, so when doing simple drastic scenes, light from the front is normally preferred. If you look at some anime shows, action is always shown moving toward light.
Also, proportions can be difficult to remember, draw a single piece of the character your drawing like the head or hands. Once done use that as a reference to keep the character the same size overall.
I'd like to know how long you've put into your work, and minor details. Perhaps next time you upload give a little description?
Good work my friend, you will only ever improve.
