Lets Get Wasted (Fixed)

I am resubmitting this, the background was TERRIBLE and it STILL IS because its white now but I added the toxic symbol (Dont worry I made it) to the background and added goo on his legs which ended up looking like water.. D: UHG I am so done working on this one @_@

I doubt Ill get good votes anyway on this x]

But I actually somewhat like this. Yes, the background could be better, and it is kinda random and wierd, but hey, made me comment on it, so high five, well done, cant wait to see more,
