Nice.

Its a nice drawing, though you have some anatomy issues on this one.
The guy's left arm is way to thin, compared to the size of his shoulder. This makes his arm look like some kind of 'belt' that he is wearing. Also, the elbow is placed a bit to far to the right, so it seems like it is not connected to the body at all; cause the shoulder indicates, that this person is much 'wider', than you actually wanted him to be.

But other than that, I really like the colors, I like the character design, I like the mask and I like that 'light trail' you put behind the eye.

All in all, its a pretty decent drawing.
So keep it up, I'd say.

the guy is sitting down with his arm on his knee while holding a smoke, it took me awhile to figure that out, well the designs n effects of the guy is pretty cool, it's just the way he sit n where his arm is placed that threw me off, yo n peace
