Could Look Smoother
When I say that, I do not mean in terms of the digital coloring/lining and all that. THAT is amazing. Particularly when it comes to the face and hair. Which looks at least somewhat professional, and in that aspect you have a skill I envy beyond belief. Even though parts of the picture(basically the dress and parts of the arms) clearly need some additional work to them. Nonetheless, that part of the picture's very nice. :]
HOWEVER, once you get to the body when it comes to the aspect of the sketching/drawing itself, it looks a little awkward. The face and hair look great, as well as the hand, but the rest of the girl's figure appears stiff and off. Especially with how straight her torso are arm are.
So I gave the picture a 4/5 and 8/10. It's good, and the design is nice, but it DOES need additional effort put into it and could use some fixing up.
