The Strongest, indeed.
An impressive coloring of one of my favorite characters by a rather questionable person... I'm on to you, Suwako. >.>
Though it might sound strange that I'm complimenting the color, I found another recolor of said line art (which was also well done), but the color was a bit more sharp to the eye... Or outlines, I can't really tell what about it, but there's something a bit sharp.
The color used here is a lot more pleasing to the eye. Almost calming.

Coloring is really cool
Like title says, coloring is nice with nice shading and a lovely icy atmosphere.
Though, it would be nice if you'd drawn the lineart by yourself.
Still, great job on the coloring.
