I decided to take a different approach, involving a 3d perspective of the renowned Madness series made by Krinkels. I used the Grayscale art style that is associated with Madness as well not only to follow the guidelines of accuracy, but to take away anything that might tell the wrong story to the viewer. All in all, I had fun creating this piece, and I wonder what interpretations will follow.
Also note that no sprites were used in this;everything was created by me.

verry good
this art is good enough for the art portal in my opinion. i mean sure its a little plain but its still impressive, the details on the weapons just makes it so much better. does your club have any artists? i'm awaiting enlistment.

Hm...makes you think...
This kinda reminds me of when Hank first chose to kill 28 people (30 counting te zombies). Brings back good memories of the moment that started the madness. Really cool.

The story behind this is what is amazing. The choice that you have to make. You have the choice to turn and run here, but chances are you will be shot in the back on your way out of there. The obvious choice is to get to the gun and defend yourself, obviously the reason the gun is there in the back of the room. There isn't anything in your way there, but there also isn't any other cover so you're going to have to go through him while still avoiding his gun shot. The choice... isn't whether to live or die. The choice is how are you going to die? Are you going to die giving up or are you going to die by giving every piece of energy that you have fighting for your life?
I admit that it wasn't my proudest moment, but nice depiction of my art. Maybe the choice is whether to try to escape alive, or maybe it is to get talk him out of it, and I wanted to make sure that it held true to multiple depictions. *marks as helpful*
