Keep exaggerating those proportions like you did here. The 'anime' characters you have submitted lack that sense of 'expression' these whimsical takes of the human form have. Also note how the s-curves are far more stronger in these characters than your 'anime' characters. As any Art Teacher will tell you, stay the hell away from anime! We don't want you to end up being a second rate version of someone else. We want you to be a first rate version of yourself.

most awesome story-picture ever, this is how i see it:
(im not sure if I'll have enough room for their names so Imma call them T+A oh, and P for the blue thingy)
T paced back and forth, contemplating silently as P entertained itself A stood there, watching T with interest. 'you should stop trying so hard, you aint going to get away' A said, T only stopped for a second, before going back to her pointless pacing, P fell bacwards, 'Im not going to give up what resemblece of hope YOU left me with as long as Im alive' T said as she passed A for the thirteenth time 'maybe you should acctually HELP me' she continued, stopping to turn A, as P started to roll around, but A just shook her head ' I wouldn't even try and help a stubbourn brat like you' she huffed turning her nose into the air, T barely stopped to think 'YOU are calling ME a stubbourn brat are, you? you little albino trashed princess, not even nice enough for your own kingdom!' P jumped up in fright at T's anger, A now regretted that she had explained how she became what she was now and felt obliged to continue with the fight, she ruffled her dress and stood as menacingly as she could, keeping one hand on her (is that a bow?) and huffing again, as P hopped over to T and hid behind her legs, 'I wouldn't be the littlest bit surprised if you fell to your death, you blonde bimbo' A said as T started to walk away with her arms crossed, P had a nasty expression on its face, T turned her head (this is the photo!) and looked A up and down, 'and i wouldn't be the least surprised' T mimicked A 'if you had PUSHED me' she finished, walkiing further away, P following silently...

The art is pretty cool actually. You have one person as a whole and the other angry at being incomplete and missing so much out of life so she takes her anger out on others around her for it.

The lines for the uncolored original character are actually pretty nice. I guess you could use this drawing as the a collab piece if someone wanted to color her in and make her life whole.

Also like how the fully colored one is just looking back at her in confusion as if getting ready to ask her what was wrong and try to help her solve her problems.

Overall though, a very nice piece.
