A little iffy with the lines on the back, but...
I for one love the head and the background is really cool!

You definately gotta fix the head.
Try drawing profile or rear 3/4 while getting one eye in. Maybe some sort of a tilt-back side-glance. The head has to be fixed, that's for sure.
Otherwise, the style isn't too bad.
