Based on how almost every NPC in Sticker Star and seemingly color splash are Toads. Disclaimer i have no idea how Color Splash ends this is just me messing around.

This is great. Idk why nintendo is doing this now. Every NPC was a toad in M&L: Paper Jam too. They've got so many more options but nope. Heaven forbid we see a friendly Koopa or Bob-omb.

If at least the Toads all had different types of outfits and colors.. but red toad plain clothes seems to be the name of the game : P
