There is a few people bashing you and a few people agreeing that everything is fine about this drawing its just your "style".
Ignore most of these people lol.
The hands do need work and the right eye should be a tiny bit more up etc etc. Just practice thats all you need! And your "style" needs anatomy! even really cartoony stuff needs anatomy! So dont listen to people saying its perfect lol. The best way to practice is to draw from life and not actually on your style and beleive me it will make your cartoons way better looking! C:

wow. people need their eyes checked
Though yes I will agree the right had looks like a left hand, but that really shouldn't matter. The pinky is being overlapped by the ring finger, and the thumb is overlapped by the fan. if you don't notice it closely enough, you'll miss those details. you do need to check your anatomy a little more closely because you're using anatomy that is used when the hands are in front. Other than that, great piece of art work.

I have to agree
While the color and line work is good, your attention to detail with the hands is apparent. Why or how could you possibly put a thumb in that position? Why does her left hand look like the dudes from 'Scary movie'? Also, her eyes are indeed awkward. I mean, yeah, you made a really creative and clean piece, but it's the attention to detail that could have taken this from a 4 to an 8. Keep up the good work and keep your anatomy in line buddy!
