Why is she not wearing a shirt, even if she was alone on the beach, you don't just get naked, unless your planning to have sex, but anyways, good job

StudioPirrate responds:

lol, she just doesn't want a bikini mark on her tan!! ;)
anyway thanks for liking it :)

Not a bad pinup drawing. I like the use of warm colours, obviously used to match the hair colour (I'm guessing this as you stat a name in the description. Not familar with her but I'm guessing you didn't pick her hair colour) it works well with the setting of a beach. Keep the sand in the background very simple was another good idea.

I would say though that her lower back looks wrong, with all the lines in there it makes her look as if she skin like that on a bat's wing across her back, all demonic and Hieronymus Bosch. I would have softened those lines to give a more feminine look.

A good illustration. You did this Jane Shepard proud.

thanks my friend.
I'm trying a new looser faster style with my brush strokes, not always blending everywhere to keep the picture dinamyc, but you're right, her lower back could have been worked up a wee bit more.
I'll pay attention to that next time ;)
