Absolutely Fantastic!
This is a great painting Giselle! It's bright and colourful yet eerie and a little overcast at the same time, a very interesting effect. It's great to see there are still some "Actual" artists left if this day and age - I can't stand "Modern Art" and refuse to acknowledge it as an art form!
Thank you, I'm glad you like and appreciate it so much! I too have trouble with what passes off as 'modern art' these days. To each their own I guess!

It is pretty nice
It is really cool, muy bueno, it reminds me of the ranchito my uncle used to have when i was a kid
Very cool! I'm so glad you like it, I hope it brings back fond memories of that time.

awesome!
someone watched bob ross!
Thank you! I'm flattered that so many people think of Bob Ross when they see my paintings because I do admire his talent. I used to watch his show when I was little but never have I bought any of his books or videos. As I mentioned to someone earlier, if I had referenced his work wouldn't there be a big happy tree or bush taking up much of the painting? lol That always sort of bothered me, he would have such a beautiful scene painted and then he would cover most of it up with a big tree!

Superb work!
You did an excellent job capturing and displaying the mood of this piece. I mean it just feels so quaint and quiet and just such an excellent job done. I have one question though, who s that standing in the door way?
Thank you for your kind comment. Ha ha, there isn't anyone in the doorway, that's supposed to be a tiny window with the light from inside shining through, but now that you point it out it does look like someone standing there.
