This is very good, I'm not good at judging art, but from my standpoint, I think that the fact that this artwork makes you wonder what is to the left is very nice.

Quite decent...
Although I have to give kudos on the blood splatter on the background. I say the coloring looks quite odd. I advise you not using the blur. It makes the shading looks awkward. In my honest opinion the hair looks absolutely dreadful. Considering it looks screwed up due to all the weird lines on it. But there's always room to improve.
