If you concentrate on the yellow liquid movements, everythings just too awesome and amazing, it feels like youre in another world!

Heh heh...I sort of based this thing off of a lava lamp I have in my room, so that's where the colors are from! But I suppose I couldv'e added some minor shading to the "lava," which looks sorta bland and flat.

It's nice. I understand why you didn't slow the animation, but I really think it'd be better if it were a bit slower. I think you could add a bit more detail to the shading on all of it, though, it seems just a bit flat. Still, overall, not bad, I like it!

Yeah, I'd make it slower if I had more frames drawn up...
I TRIED to make it look somewhat 3D with that bit of shading on the left side, but I've gotta agree with you about the flatness, particularly on the top part.

I like the animation. It's smooth, if a little fast. My qualm with this piece is that you seem to have used a gradient for the base of the lamp, which takes away from the whole pixel art feel.

The animation IS rather fast. I could have slowed it down a tad, but then it would've looked too choppy, and I didn't feel like making a bunch of extra animation frames. As for the gradient on the lamp base, I didn't use an algorithm-generated gradient; rather, I made it pixel by pixel with a palette of colors I chose. But I agree that it does look a bit "nonpixeled".
