Wet Blanket Redesign

Redesign of the character The Wet Blanket, I think this one is better than the old one. The old design looked to superhero-ee. A comic might be on the way for this guy depends if I can think of anything good to write about.

Bold

I like the design - it gives the piece a noir-esque feel. The only thing I can recommend is adding a bit more defining colors/details that would bring out The Wet Blanket's significance as a character. I like it, though. Keep up the good work.
